Teacher/Minister (Southland)
James has served in the full-time ministry since 1994. James graduated from USC, where he also served as a campus minister. He and his late wife, Jennifer, moved to Milwaukee in 1998 and served in the ministry there until 2001 when they moved to Chicago. James has an MDiv from Harding School of Theology with a concentration in Systematic Theology. His teaching interests are spiritual formation, the second-temple period, Israel studies, Black theology and philosophy. James has two grown daughters, Jordan and Jade.
