By the Hand is a Christ-centered after-school program on Chicago's south and west sides that focuses on nurturing the mind, body and soul of students. The program works with children from kindergarten through college.
Lombard Place
Lombard Place is an assisted-living facility in the western suburbs. One of our resident members started a Bible discussion there which has evolved into a weekly worship service on Sunday afternoon that is attended my many residents.
Hesed House
Hesed House is an organization with the goal to end homelessness - one person, one family at a time. It is the second-largest homeless shelter in the State of Illinois, and the largest shelter outside of the city of Chicago.
PADS is an organization that provides for those who are unable to provide for themselves. Their focus is on providing shelter, food, clothing and basic toiletries for those without means. PADS provides oppurtunities for service through donation drives and overnight service at shelters.
